We have a name!!!

We have decided to name our little boy Andrew Lawrence!!

Andrew-- of course is Craig’s middle name and it means “manly.”

Lawrence- This was Craig’s grandfather’s name, it means  "from Laurentum, a city South of  Rome known for it's laurel trees" and "a symbol of wisdom and accomplishment."
His Chinese name means “manly, or handsome”-just like Andrew.

We are so happy to have a name for our baby. It took us longer to name Andrew than it did to name Ava. I guess Craig and I have never had to think much about a boy's name.  

Just a little update: We have finished our home study visits and our home study is being approved by the writing agency, and then will go to our placing agency for approval. After that we will wait on our appointment to have our fingerprints done by Homeland Security. (actually we won't wait, we will walk in early!!) Since Laura is over 18 for this adoption, she has to have her fingerprints done this time too. I know from adopting Ava that adoption is just a time for patience and waiting. We are so excited and are trying to figure out how we are going to rearrange our bedrooms! 

We are also working on fundraisers, and we are so thankful for everyone who has supported us in buying bracelets (through Threads of Hope) selling bracelets and for donating to our adoption fund. We can't do this without you, and we are so thankful for our family and friends who are traveling this road with us!!
