Father of the Year Award

Totally soaked, with mud, grit and grime. But he didn't stink, because it had just rained....

And the award goes to Craig Andrew Hyatt, for scooting  over 100 feet on his tummy in the retention drain to capture our "runaway" cat!!  (Ricky--lost for 3 weeks. He was very scared, and lost over 5 pounds.)

Neither grit nor grime will keep Craig from saving the day, and making Christine one very  happy girl.

With a special thanks to Hannah Roy (2 yrs. old) for seeing him and saying "Wicky, Wicky!!!"  Which was hilarious because she was saying that about every cat she saw!!  But this time it really was Ricky.

And thanks also to BJ Roy for guarding the other end of the drain pipe by laying on his tummy with a sheet over the hole, so Ricky couldn't escape :)
